US: Woman Dies And Nine Others Taken To Hospital After Breathing In Toxic Fumes At McDonald's | UK News | Sky News
"Reports say cleaning products may be to blame for the fumes" I have drawn your attention before to toxic cleaning products. After websearching for possible causes of this toxic fumes incident, I suspect that it a lethal combination of bleach and urine. I welcome comments from persons with chemistry qualifications. If you have the job of changing a cat litter you will know that stale urine smells of ammonia.

You're quite right, margaretR, urea CAN break down into ammonia(looked it up) but I wouldn't have thought you'd get that much gas. Pouring neat bleach AND ammonia itself into a toilet could give a lot of gas off. I'm sure I've seen it on the bottles not to mix them.
