trouble makers at the shoulder of mutton

i was talking to my mum and she has told me that there has been alot of trouble up at the shoulder of mutton a few weeks back where there has been teenagers going up and causing allsorts of bother like fighting and breaking windows etc is this true?

go past that pub at least 3 times a week and theres no sign of broken windows and a resident that lives in the village dosent know either
