Two Jags

Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott remains in hospital after falling ill as he travelled by train from his Hull constituency to London on Saturday.

Mr Prescott has generally enjoyed robust health with only a few bouts of illness, but had been admitted to Castlehill hospital in Hull on Christmas Day last year suffering from a kidney stone.
He is in the finishing straight of his ten-year stint as Deputy Prime Minister and will leave office along with Prime Minister Tony Blair on June 27.

Now is it genuine or is he looking for the sympathy vote? Either that or he has been got at by his enemies. Whats the betting that it isnt an NHS hospital.

I'm sure we all send our best wishes for a speedy recovery to Mr Prescott. The worrying thing is, who has the considerable range of skills required to fill his demanding position while he is incapacitated?

What exactly does he do? Would him being in hospital hinder the running of the country?
He better be out soon so the media can have some more fun before he goes.

Re: Two Jags

Either that or the tax payer is picking up the bill. Wonder if he will manage to get into trouble while in hospital?
