Probably a homeless guy who died of hyperthermia.
Will have to wait.
Just glad im not the mother if it is a young lad that will be getting that dreaded knock from the police.

Thats what i originally thought when i heard yesterday that it was either a homeless or drunk/drug related & passed out in shelter but i know it was freezing that night as it tried snowing on occaisions that eve before the discovery, so hyerthermia seems likely on top of what other health problem he may of had.
