Vehicle break in.
We have had a van broken into at focus, red coloured sprinter, sign written, 5pm ish today, (thursday, 27/03), if anybody saw anything can they let me know please, the only thing I know is missing for sure is the sat nav (tom tom) which was hidden, the driver will inform me later of any more. every door was opened by the thieves (which takes time with these vans), thanks for any help.

SCUM
I know thieves were doing the rounds at ASDA a couple of month's ago, my friend had his van done over!!
I can't believe the cheek of some people. To do it in the dark is BAD, but the nerve of doing it in broad day light
I hope someone knows something Derek

Re: Vehicle break in.
I presume the sat nav is of no use to them as they just took the screen?...did you ask in at focus if you could put a notice up asking if someone saw something or perhaps the cctv in focus (they may have them outside covering the fire exits) or the cctv in the retail park might have caught them...

Actually that is a good point, I think they do have cctv on their car park.

Re: Vehicle break in.
Sorry folks, the break in was focus in rawtenstall, the driver came out and all doors were wide open, they went under the door locks with a chisel, and must have been quick, just got a partial list, tom tom sat nav (smashed the glove box to get it), broke in drivers, rear and side doors seperately, (the side door is boxed off seperately), items stolen are, testo gas analizer, testo gas sniffer, full set plumbers tools, part set of plumbers tools (apprentices stuff), dewalt drill, bosch core drill and core set, bosch 9" angle grinder, bosch jigsaw, transformer (240 - 110), and approx two and half grands worth boiler and fire spares (gas valves, fans, pcb's, air pressure switches), boxes of plumbing fittings (black cantilever with clear lids, and black and yellow stanley boxes with clear lids), there is more, but dont fully know yet, just to say also, that another van (next door at work, same type) was done in burnley 3 weeks ago, but they were disturbed.
