yea I thought the same Kate, is the building still there or demolished, My auntie Mary was a cleaner there in the 50s , I used to go with her in the mornings sometimes, I can still smell the stale beer & fags with the musty odour of the old place.

The price is still lower than I have paid as of late. In some cases over 3 pound.
