We've just had a bill for the shop. Water used 0.00, total bill £200.93. It was cheaper when we had the market stall, we had tons of it free of charge from the faulty guttering

Re: Water Water Water
If you dont use water or sewerage, I don't think you should pay.
They are likely to threaten to 'cut you off'

Just did mine and it would cost another £80 a year.
When in the Fire Brigade, if we had to use water for other than fiire fighting it was 30p per Cub Mtr.
Where the ell do they get their fancy charges from.
They also charge for the drainage of the rain water that falls on your property as well, they act as if the are some sort of god, when they have no control over where water falls or how often. Its about time they were called to acount.
If gas & electric mains leaked like water mains, we would all be dead now.
Retlaw.

I beleiver from the other traders it's on ongoing battle. Problem is they can't cut you off they take you to court. This is what happens when we have monopolies which are backed up by politicians who have no backbone. ( PS jaysay, that applies to all sides )
