Willow, try not to ask too many questions, Roy is trying to put a claim in so he can get the upgrade on his insurance, that piccy wasn't really the calm room it was my front parlour!

The only time we lost any of those things was on an upgrade in Jan 2004, and that was only 'cos Roy pressed the wrong button! I think he has learnt from that mistake.
That is why there are so many of us down as joining on that date.

So don't worry about it Mr 7s and 6d it will end up sorted.
