Bad news I have "misplaced" a £500k server.
 The good news is I wont have to pay for it or loose my job.  Seems some other basket as moved it under my name.

I've got another best thing now. All went well with first hospital visit this week, been jabbed and stabbed and poked and filmed and all systems go now for next op. Not exactly looking forward to that but good that all is going well.
