I have done one in the past for both me and my mother.

For two years i had to write down everything my mum eat and drank. Mine lasted i think it was 3 months.

I have just checked what I have just eaten and it is fine
steamed fresh salmon with new potatoes, carrots, green beans with lashings of butter.
all cooked in a steamer -less washing up

PS - stout is beer - dont cheat!

Thats not good, they really should have added on some recipes for you so you can see what you can have, it seems that you have been left with little or no choice of food, chewing gum and water? how long do you have to put up with this list?

Think you can still get it ksh - think whiteheads in hassy still sell it. Thats where i used to get it from.

One list is bad enough on its own, they gave me two so whats OK on the 1st one is almost sure to be on the second one

I put up with it till I got home

Like Katex said, better off putting up with the condition
