The top shelf of my fridge, has ingredients on to make bait for when my hubby goes fishing, The other shelves have the usual stuff, butter cooked meats etc etc.

The usual, food, beer and I have had the occasional blood sample in there when I worked on community and was unable to get it to a pick up point.
