Signed the tenancy on a house in Clayton this afternoon, only to discover the deposit was £200 less than we thought!

We are going to Barnes Street, Kate, top end, Lived on Norfolk Close till about 12 years ago. Can't wait, not only getting away from here, but getting back there! Near some of my family too. Can feel the stress lifting already!

Nowt wrong with clayton in my opinion, or wouldnt be going back there. The bottom feeders are just metres away from where I am sat now...

Its better than some parts of Accy.
I did not mind living in Clayton for the most part - I have lived in worse places
