i have been reading these and it seems you have missed the ultimate technology which a rarity of people dont have
the television remote it would be hell living with it

The technology that i could not live without , Is my car ,if i did not have that HOW would i take the kids to there grans for a weekend .......

I have to agree with Staggers - my wife, as she does the shopping, washing, ironing, cooking and keeps me warm at night!

We had French students staying with us for the past two weeks, so I have been out a lot more than usual.
Evenings that I normally spent staying in were instead spent on the tennis court or in a field playing football. I tell you, I felt the effects of the first tennis session, but after the pain had subsided I went out and played again, and was absolutely fine afterward. When I mention pain I meant the muscular pain instead of the sunburn! Next time I'll put some cream on (or that spray is good - Ambre Solaire do a spray which is a lot easier and better to put on than cream)! And I've been quite busy during the days as well! So the somewhere sunny has been here in Tunbridge Wells - no rain for 2 weeks! That's done it - I think we're due rain at the weekend

After having a gadget free week I can honestly say that I can live without TV, radio, internet, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and toilets that let you put your loo roll down them. I did use my mobile phone and my hair straighteners whilst away, so I will have to claim those as my indispensible items.

I could live without my alarm clock, I hate the thing.
I could not live without my washer and dryer......................... Having clothes all over the house in winter drying on the radiators would drive me mad. And hand washing everything NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! so I think these have to be the things I can't live without. |
