Gina's just got back from her daily excercise routine - 50 press-ups either eye, it's a tough one having to wear false eye-lashes all day -tugs at her heart strings... The sacrifices one has to make in order to remain the most beautiful woman in the world....

To please her many fans she "forgot" to take her 2 puffs of Ventolin before starting and she is now sitting with breasts heaving, eyes glinting and mouth slightly open ..a little breathless too - perfect for the close -ups of which she is most famous
