A survey should be done of who actually prefers to receive these directories every year against those that don't.

I use mine too, I do use Yell online but have had the same problems as Chav re numbers for out of town when I've specified the town. I know a lot of people who dont have computers and have no intention of getting them, but I do think having them by request is a good idea it would save the waste.

I use mine a lot too.....sometimes it is easier to reach for the books than run upstairs and power up the computer.
