Smile Where would you go?

If time and money were no object....... where would you like to travel to ?
How would you get there ?
Once there, what would be your most exciting adventure ?

Come on....get your imaginations working!

If I had time and money was no object.................

I would go to BARBADOS .........sit on the sandy beaches all day..........with plenty of beer and never ever come back (and I would take tinks with me) as I would get bored on my own

Re: Where would you go?

Think a world tour would be the answer, no pressure, no problems, choosing method of transport by the day or week.............stopping off where ever. Just doing what you wanted, when you wanted. From the Swiss Mountains, Rocky Mountains, Datona beach, all the sights you dream about.

I have always wanted to do a 12 month tour of American and visit the none commercial towns and Cities. Not very exiting I know but it's always been a dream of mine ...... maybe one day .............

Oh and couldn't take Slinky with me or we'd probably be thrown out of the country !!

Dreams are what it is all about.......if you don't have dreams then you can't make them come true.

Re: Where would you go?

Its really got me thinking this thread, I would love to see the world but especially spend a lot of time in Australia, visit the Pacific Islands inc Maldives etc and travel up Route 66 stoping off at leisure, I would fly first class and really live it up, anyway time to check my lottery ticket!

Re: Where would you go?

It needn't be anywhere specific - just somewhere that no one was making any demands on me. Where I always called the shots and people just did whatever I said, when I said it. Now that's a real fantasy.

l would go back in time to 1968, to when l was three. To look for my Elephant l lost on hoilday in Denmark. l still miss him.
Sorry not the journey you wanted, but it's one l'd make, but only for a day because otherwise it would be another 20 years before l earned any money.

Somewhere warm but not too hot. Anywhere but a muddy field in Carnforth! Somewhere with plenty of history and lots of interesting things to see.
