whistleblower

Has anyone just seen bbc1 whistleblower ?

Well if not it was about bailiffs being legalised thieves...
If anyone did see it then you,ll know what i mean . Those robbing, lying, cheating, child abusing, burglars .

Robbing.... Adding unnecessary fees on peoples bills ie .. charging for visits not made etc to line thier own pockets.

Lying ...... lying to the police saying to the unknowledgable pc about rights of entry, retriving debts belonging to folk that dont actually live at that property and how the debt belongs to the property and not the person etc..

Cheating..... by completing paperwork and adding charges the night before they actually paid the visit, fitting wheel clamps prior to knocking on the door automactically assuming non payment etc....

cChild abusing..... Attending a property where the actual person they had gone to see was out and children being minded by an aunt that couldnt speak english ,the only english speaking ones were the children to which the bailiff threatened the children with the imprisonment of their mother therefore terrifying the children and putting the rest of the family in a position where they felt they had to pay the mothers debt..etc

Burglars... Breaking into homes in such ways that no evidence of break in could be proved thus obtaining property...

All i can say is that now it has been brought into the public eye the powers that be sort it ,especially the court sevices, the local authourities and reputable firms.. Its a disgrace how they have been able to get away with such cavalier attitudes for so long

They should be arrested for the crimes they commit.

Re: whistleblower

I admit I never watched the programme.. but the "bailiffs calling" has always been taboo and has alot of stigma involved.. there will never be any action taken against these companies ( you or I could start up a debt recovery company up tommorrow without any the need of a licence, ect) because the laws these thugs are supposedly bound to are non existent in the world of your average illiterate bailiff by day/doorman by night gorillas that try to force there way into your home. the debt to recover may not be yours.. but the same laws have been here for centuries.
