Who passed theirs?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6494309.stm
Ok who passed their cycling profiency test?
I failed mine - because my familys dog at the time was out and about and came running up to me and knocked me off!!! I ended up having to take him home and when i got back they told me theyd failed me because of him!!!
I think its a good thing that there is something like this though because how many times have you had to dodge the kids riding their bikes on the footpath? This might teach them to stick to the roads but give them safety lessons. The only thing is though will the kids take any notice?

Re: Who passed theirs?
Yes, passed mine. Great fun because we were allowed to ride our bikes to school and do it during lesson time.

That's the same reason why i took mine. Passed.
We had to have little "L" plates on our bikes whilst we were taking the test.

Re: Who passed theirs?
Here you shillelagh, print this and add your name. I must be getting old, I passed mine in the same year as Mick.

Re: Who passed theirs?
I never had a bike....well, until my sister went to Oz...then I bought her daughters bike, but I still havent learned to ride it. It hangs in the garage collecting cobwebs.(sigh)

Re: Who passed theirs?
I passed mine in about 1977 or 78. It was done as part of the summer Playscheme which used to take place on Highams playing field. I have no idea what became of my certificate but I bet my mum or dad will have it somewhere.
