Re: Who Sent The Cards?

Oh yes, definitely think it is going to be Alfie, his story is now becoming broader and taking Rita out to make Audrey jealous, and seems to be working. My money's on him.

As an aside, think the funniest line of the week in soaps was tonight; this lad who is seeing Rosie is talking serious stuff to her on the settee. Asks her to concentrate on what he is going to say. Announces that, after seeing her in hospital, made him think more deeply about things, and that he is growing tiresome of his Goth image and people staring and jeering at him in the street. Ah, you think, getting over his teenage hormones and going to settle down into the normality of the day... what's he gonna' say next ?

Spoils it all by saying "Besides, can't afford the make-up anymore" The dead-pan expression added to the moment and can tell you, practically p***ed meself laughing.

Ah well, a further interesting and intellectual addition to this post.

How muchgrovelling will there be when it is shown not to be David?

If soapville is good at anything its throwing a curve ball as the Americans say of if you want a Beckem round the wall.

Re: Who Sent The Cards?

Who has the most to gain from the aggro its causing Gayle? That would be another possibility. Unless David is a phsyco he dosnt gain much from an unhinged mother.

Believe me, if we had any councillors living on this street it wouldnt look like it does. It reminds me of a war zone around here. Burnt out council flats, concrete road thats used as a skid patch during summer, dog mess all over the place etc.
Oh and still waiting on HBC to send out an inspector for the joists !

Well i was wondering the same myself. I wonder if the council can change the streets name to Iraqui Close. Sometimes at nights my water supply goes off in the kitchen. It can last for a few hours at a time. Ive to fill my kettle from the bathroom, lol.
