Whats wrong with Asda?, I find Asda clothes good value for money and they can be trendy too, not like adams who I thought were too expensive sometimes. Why pay £10 for a top which wont last the kid 6 months if that, when ya can get a similar top half the price at Asda?
I know one thing though, adams shoes for boys were rubbish!!, Bought my son some for school in september...come december the things were falling apart

I like Adams clothes. They always lasted and washed well.
I never bought shoes from Adams so couldn't comment.
I don't like Asda's clothes for children myself. You can't argue with the prices but the clothes have stupid things written on them and I've found they come apart in the wash.

I never called asda, i get the boys clothes from asda and sometimes adams, asda isnt a town centre shop, that is what I was referring too. I have had a few nice things from adams, mainly coats as I have often struggled to find nice little boys coats in asda

Ive had a few dye transfer issues on asdas stuff where there is light / white and a darker colour on the same item, some of the transfers on them have faded after just one wash and one of the jumpers i got theboys for xmas, the seem on the arm has split, nothing that a needle and thread couldnt sort but these wernt the "cheaper" ones. Must admit though, if iver ive had a problem with any of the clothing after washing etc and felt the need to return them they have had no issue in exchanging the item. But I still buy most of the boys stuff from asda despite having a few problems. Like I said its the coats I have problems with, they often look cheap and not very fashionable to me. Just my personal opinion but if you were to check the boys wardrobes you would find that the mjority is asda lol

The shop closures are all in the south east and midlands for a change. Can we expect a mass exodus up North looking for work
