In the past, I think in the renaming the borough thread, I suggested the much more grandiose St. Petersburg.
Much showier, and impressive.

Your colour choice may be more accurate, but mine would make sure he never wore it in public ever again.
Just a thought, He foolishly got this medal and ribbon, was it on a personal whim or did he have advisors telling him to get it?
If the former, it proves bad judgement on his part.
If the latter it shows bad judgement on his part, for picking such rubbish advisors.
Either way, it doesn't recommend him for the position of power he is languishing, (Ooh, I like that word), in.
