Wonder how our hard working mums on here feel about this?

Labour women MPs demand: 'Pay our childcare bills and give us a pay rise to £100,000 a year' | Mail Online
Just wonder how the working mums who use accy web feel about this, are MPs any different

Why do MP's make the rules then think they can break them

There is a system in place for claiming towards childcare bills, it depends how much you earn. If they earn above the threshold thats their problem.

Disgust, revulsion, hatred & contempt are words that spring to mind on reading this article from the press. Just who do they think they are ? Words fail me, I've tried initially to make a comment but the seething repugnance that it stirs up thinking about these greedy, egotistical, self serving parasitic individuals, denies me my articulacy.

Why do they wonder at the venom & vitriol aimed at them when decent honest Folk are suffering & struggling to exist & put food on the table, clothe & shelter their families, oft foregoing something or other to ensure their loved ones are protected.

These "Pigs" wallowing in their own loathsome, festering audacity, are showing nothing but contempt for the people they purport to represent. I don't know, I really don't know what can be done, but something must happen & the sooner the better !!!

It must be a problem, poor childcare, and the worry that they'll turn out bad uns.

You only have to look at Mark Thatcher to appreciate the pitfalls.

Nowt to do with childcare, think it was down to the genes the poor lad inherited.

There should have been much more smacking involved.

Both mother/child, and midwife/mother.

Oh I don't think so Marg, as I was just expressing my sense of frustration at not knowing how we can be best rid of these Political dead beats who keep taking the British People for mugs, creaming off ever more to feed their personal desires while expecting the populace to pay for it.

No avocation from my side about deposing the Monarchy, (although as stated they are good for the Country, even though I personally am not in thrall of them) or forming a Republic, raising up in revolution etc. So I do believe, I shan't invoke the wrath of Mr.Tealeaf, or join you on his list.
