Words or Phrases You Hate
I can't stand the word "hubby" for husband, it makes me cringe. Similarly, I hate the word "panties" for knickers and "pantiehose" for tights - very American and very silly.
What words, if any, set your teeth on edge?

To be perfectly Honest I don't like it when someone starts a reply with,
"To be perfectly honest",
Does it mean that if they don't use this as a prefix to a sentence they are or would usually be lying?

'Penny for 'em'.
I used to work with a stupid man who asked me that all the time.
I just used to reply my thoughts were worth considerably more, as they involved cruelly torturing an imbecile..

My pet hate is when people use the fraze "at the end of the day" often used by footballers with little brain

Re: Words or Phrases You Hate
" you know" constantly repeated all dumbos like Beckham tend to say that in conversation, to me shows limited vocabulary.
