Re: work
For those of us who worked over Christmas it's just like any other time of year. I have had New Year off though and I go back to work today....
I don't want to go back

You do know that just when you think you've finished it, Mange will find something else that needs doing...

Or give the glue out nine months in advance and take the month off.

Re: work
Well, as it's my daughter's birthday today, I am grateful that there was a Lettie who returned to work on 3rd January, 1965. I'm sure that all ladies in waiting today in 2006 will agree with me. Good on ya' Lettie. !!

Re: work
Busman has been at work and off work and back at work so much I have hardly been able to keep track of when he's here and when he wasn't! He's got some more DIY schemes pending for next year too if he ever has any spare time. All good fun!

Re: work
Didn't want to come back to London. Didn't want to come back to work.
Boo-hoo - Christmas every week, please, but gifts would have to be a packet of paper hankies all round!
