I'd rather speak to a human being than a robot anyday - that must of been one of the most scariest & weirdest calls of my life, usually sky are manned by scottish people which has never been a problem in fact had a quite few laughs whilst dealing with my enquiry - which makes it much more pleasant for the rest of the day, cant have a sence of humour with a robot - i did so try but it was a bit like a member on the fit for purpose thread
