HEADING:- 50-YEAR SCHOOL REUNION FORMER STUDENTS OF DARWEN TECHNICAL SCHOOL, WHO LEFT IN 1960-62, ARE INVITED TO A 50-YEAR SCHOOL REUNION ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 4 IN DARWEN. THE REUNION WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE WHITEHALL HOTEL & COUNTRY CLUB, ROSS STREET, DARWEN COMMENCING AT 7.30 P.M. PAST PUPILS ARE INVITED TO ADVISE FRANK BULL, IN AUSTRALIA, ON [email protected] OR STEPHEN BENTLEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THEY INTEND TO BE THERE. “WE HAD THIRTEEN BOYS AND GIRLS ATTEND OUR CLASS REUNION IN 2005, BUT BECAUSE THIS ONE IS FIFTY YEARS WE ARE REALLY HOPING FOR A MUCH LARGER NUMBER”, SAID MR.
