There is an article in the Observer this week featuring a Yoga teacher, hoping to help people with certain physical conditions (including CFS MargaretR).

Seems first session will be held on Wednesday 22nd April at the Hyndburn Voluntary and Community Resource Centre, Cannon Street.1.30 >> 2.30 p.m.

Will type out more details if you wish as no link.

They do yoga at the Civic Theatre - not sure which days but you could ring Leisure in Hyndburn to find out.
