Re: Accrington Christmas Lights 2012
Another example of someone coming on to give us all a bit of information, and getting slaughtered for his trouble.
Perhaps more people would contribute if they didn't get slagged off the moment they post, is there really any need for it?

Re: Accrington Christmas Lights 2012
In fact Leon, you could use this to your advantage, This Less does not have a job. He could come and help out for free? just a thought. You could even stand down and let Less organise it, after all he has time being an unemployed gentleman of means and you a hard working chap who needs to work extra hard for his £70 a week. Just a thought, share the work!.

Well thats yer opinion n yer entitled to it, now heres mine, All local sites i have seen,go up and down with posts/memberships etc, also every now n then seem to get an influx of folk who have had a sense of humour bypass,These nerds then tell all and sundry, how the site can be improved. Cos after all they know best, Well many local sites seem to regularly cease to funtion, why i do not know, Yet this site seems to continue along merrily, and not a great deal changes, That tells me summats right, but theres always those that know better.

This Less has never hidden the fact that he isn't working at the moment, so what has that got to do with anything?
This Less could help, but any work I do for free is worthwhile and not announced on site.
Perhaps you would like to organise it yourself after all you know whats wrong with Accrington's shops you could correct that at the same time?
Shop Locally - What A Joke!!!
It surprises me you would want to take advantage of any shops around here being open.
May I point out to you that he doesn't have to work extra hard to give me anything, I have paid far more into the system than I am at the moment taking out. I may not be pleased that I'm not working at the moment but I'm not going to feel ashamed of it either, so go find another way to score points this method isn't working.

What has that to do with someone coming on here giving us information and getting slapped down for his trouble. You have not addressed this matter, you are just giving your general view of the whole site, and perhaps your reply says it all, if you don't proceed like it has always done you become the "enemy", and am I entitled to my opinion as long as its the same as "the old guard" on here

Re: Accrington Christmas Lights 2012
It seems to be a case of 'Local unemployable self impressed moron seeks to ruin any attempt to use a local forum for local people' maybe my lad (he is only 4 so i may have to wait) could set up a forum and then i could wade around and give people grief for there efforts. Got to go, need to earn an additional £70 for Less so he can keep causing trouble. There is a huge difference between unemployable and unemployed and no matter how you try to convince yourself, there are jobs out there. My step son walked straight into a job after uni and a local client of mine can't get a reasonable interviewee through the door.

Well that's excellent, the thread starter, you and I all contributing to my upkeep according to you, hang on though, the maths doesn't quite work out if that were true then I'd be on £210 a week. I'm not on that much so I will continue to assume that my previous contributions to the system are paying my money and not you or anyone else.
By the way, your attempts at being insulting are of a very low standard, if your work is as poor you will soon be joining me.

Despite not addressing the point of this thread, you cannot get away from the fact that someone came on here to give information about the lights switch on, and got harangued for his trouble.
Perhaps it would save time if when they introduce themselves in the correct section, despite bidding them welcome we could also say, welcome you lying nerd, who doesn't know how to post in line with the nasty boys. That would save time and make them feel right at home.
Despite this, just go back to the start of the thread and re-read it to see who is the dramatist on here

O.K.if it makes yeh happy I think moving the switch on to sat is much preferable n a good idea fer those who are interested in the spectacle. So speaking yer mind is "nasty boys" to you dave? well then i regard yeh as a big girls blouse.
