Accrington on a Thursday night...

wow didnt know it was this busy

i was meetin some friends in the calder and it was really heaving there - first i thought it was just lots of students doin the a-level results thing

but then loads of other places were still busy too and apparently its busier than a friday night!

went to the beez kneez for the first time and OMG what a dump!!

accrington is really in need of a nightclub - a good one like opium. to end the night in bridge isnt doing anything at all for the town.

yep, thats just what you need Mani a 4 foot wide pavement directy outside the front doors .......the doormen toss someone out directly under the wheels of a passing vehicle

Calder is the best place in Accy by far now!!

It's spacious, it's got good atmosphere and plenty of bar staff to serve you!! AND most importantly, I have never seen any major trouble in there

From what little memory I have of Accrington last night, yeah it was packed

Started off in Calder & thought it was a nice gaff, hadn't been in before.

Went onto my haven that is The Attic later on & well it's a bit of a blur after that...

Although it's a long time ago, I remember Thursdays and Sundays as being the night to go out in town. Thursdays because you could just about manage a Friday at work with a hangover and Sunday because it was trying to squeeze out the last ounce of weekend.

I must admit I do really like the Calder, the foods very good aswell.

Yes food is lovely, oh and the girls toilets are clean and usable, which is a rarity these days
