Anyone for Table-Tennis oswaldtwistle/Accrington area?

We are a small and friendly group of friends with ages ranging from 16 to 50+ who have access to a private table tennis table in the Oswldtwistle area.

We often have a knock about purely for the fun and excercise element that the game gives us and we are looking for anyone male, or female young or old, who can play to a reasonable standard.

To make it fun we often have a mini knock out challenge, play singles matches and doubles, and sometimes award prizes.

Anyone locally who lives or can get to central Oswaltwistle, near to the new tesco store is welcome to come along and have a game, or just a knock about. We are just friendly table tennis enthusiasts who care about and enjoy the game.

Your welcome to bring refreshments along, flask of tea, sandwiches, even the odd beer is allowed (*smile*) for yourself, we allow smokers or none smokers and do not have many rules or regulalations apart from having respect for the game and having a friendly personality!!

We dont tollerate bad behaviour or people only interested in trouble this is just a small group, usually with about half a dozen of us getting together on various days, time allowing. Saturday and Sunday afternoons seem popular times at present, but other times can be arranged if enough people wish to play.
