Gig!
This Saturday (4th June) Carma will be playing at The Circulation (Holmes st. just off Todmorden rd.) Burnley.
A real treat in store for anyone who turns up.
Winners of Metro Radio's Live Band of the Year for two consecutive years, they have supported, amongst others, The Libertines, The Zutons, Reef, Dogs Die in Hot Cars, The Delays, Proud Mary, The Warlocks, The Stands, The Bandits, Shed Seven, Haven, Eastern Lane and Thee Unstrung.
CARMA have played over 300 gigs around the country and headlined the first Aksai Music Festival in Kazakhstan last summer infront of 18,000.
what others are saying …..
"Led Zeppelin meets The Temptations" - NME
“the best young live band we’ve seen in a long, long time” - BBC Radio Newcastle
“simply too fresh, diverse and interesting to follow what has been before” - Get Rhythm Magazine
“we’ve never seen an unsigned band make such a commotion” - Virgin Megastore
“outstanding musicians performing breathtaking guitar-driven melodies” - Manilla Magazine
“absolute class – you’ve got to see this band live” - Metro Radio
“ridiculously popular” - The Crack Magazine
Music industry insiders are tipping Carma for big things, soon, and we've got 'em on and it's FREE ADMISSION! (cheap bar, open 'til 1am) The next time you see this band it would probably cost you a lot more.
