Great Manchester Run
Anyone else taking part in the Great Manchester Run, (10k), on Sunday? If so what time are you hoping to run it in?
I'm running it for a charity set up by some of my colleagues at work and I'm hoping for an hour or less. |

Best of luck Chris .. usually go to watch myself, as son has been doing this for the past few years. He can't do it this year, unfortunately, due to other commitments.
It's a great event with a fantastic atmosphere.  |
