As to what you say, thats what worries me. Folk will see others have been regularly contributing, but, when they look at the posts, all they will read is rubbish!

A touch over exaggerated don't you think ? They will see what they want to see, an open invite to some local history events & some gentle ribbing going on. Credit the viewers with the ability to at least pick out what's relevant & what's flippancy.

You don't think this is the first or last time a thread has been subjected to a humorous wander do you ? When it happens, instead of getting miffed someone brings it back round again to its origins. Life's to short to be taken to seriously, unwind a little & life's less harsh.

It's Kates thread after all & she doesn't appear to be overly upset.

I am ever so gratefull for your insight Mr D**kheadP47.
Your a positive asset to the site, especially with your light bending qualities. By the way the PM you sent about the number of likes, if you took any notice you would realise that facility has only been available since Roy's last update. Also I use this so called big bold font because its easier to read, not to make any statement, like some of your posts in your new thread do, you seem to have a large fan club, how many is that now, 1 or 2.
