Re: Lily Maes cafe/bistro thing

A complaint that walks out the door still as a complaint is told to 100 people, a compliment is told to 10.....

That was the levels we were told when I worked the restaurant trade( and that was before the T'Interweb!.

Re: Lily Maes cafe/bistro thing

We used to frequent this cafe quite a lot, but we noticed that the food was different eveytime you got it, I.e missing stuff, so one week you'd get a lasagne, it would be really good it would come with a salad, balsamic dressing and a slice of GB, but then because it would be good next week you'd order the same thing, the salad would be scraggly and no dressing?

There are only so many times you can forgive a place for lack of attention to detail, and quality afterall thats essentially what makes you come back, friendly service should be an automatic given,

P.s I noticed everything was cooked in EV olive oil, even the brekky fried eggs, yak!! EV is only for salads or bread...it was rank.

I wonder if they cook their sausage rolls in it?

See they've still not completed that customer relations manual, Dave.
