From what i can see is the purpose of the article is to put presure on the insurance company to pay out. Also he can now claim for the equipment that has been stolen & he can recoup the cost for the extra security.

yep you got it in one he wants a massive pay out which he knows is unlikly so he is trying alsorts to help his case

the simple fact is that you shouldnt keep fireworks in your club as it states on the insurance document and the fact is they arnt going to payup

If the fire started because he was negligent ie fireworks, no amount of public support will result in a payout. Insurance companies do not give in to such pressure.

Hmm very strange.... i worked on opium with Ricky and i'm sure mick got a sound guy in to sort the set the system up.... and if i remember rightly Mick and Ricky fell out over money.. so your not likely to get the whole truth are you?????
Just thought i'd stick my 2 peneth in.. oh and to say he's living abroad and wouldn't come back, the picture in the observer looked pretty real to me!! only my oppinion of course!
