yep you got it in one he wants a massive pay out which he knows is unlikly so he is trying alsorts to help his case
the simple fact is that you shouldnt keep fireworks in your club as it states on the insurance document and the fact is they arnt going to payup |

If the fire started because he was negligent ie fireworks, no amount of public support will result in a payout. Insurance companies do not give in to such pressure.
