Post Re: pub food

Best pub food is a packet of cheese & onion. Thats it. Let pubs be pubs and cafes be cafes and never the twain shall be meet. There's nowt worse than sitting down contemplating the meaning of life over e nice pint when some silly sod plonks himself down with a plate of pie & peas. It takes the head right off your pint, it does.

Whittakers Arms has always been good when i've been although other family members have had problems there. Best Pub meal i've had was at the Hapton Inn. Warners Arms is supposed to be good but never been myself.

Salt n vinigar best with warbies bread. But would rather have potato puffs. Don't go for eating out much.
