Santa Claus Express
Does anyone know when it is on this year? it was December 7th last year but i can't find it anywhere
for anyone who doesn't know, there's a train that goes from Blackburn to Clitheroe and Santa is on it, the kids get a present and a biscuit and drink, parents get a drink and a mince pie, my nieces and nephew loved it last year

Hey, how magic are they. What a lovely touch.
Have taken son on the Haworth one years ago ... due to friend's husband being heavily involved in this .. that was great. 3/4 years past .. colleagues and I had our Christmas do in Manchester. Caught return train from Victoria >> Blackburn, and the Catering and Railway staff served us mince pies on the way f.o.c. No Father Christmas ... but hey, that was a lovely touch ... even though we were all hung over .. gave us a bit of fat to line the stomach with. |
