Talking Shop.

There will be an exhibition showing photographs of Union Road from the early 1900's to the present day at The Civic Arts Centre, Oswaldtwistle on Sunday, 27th February from 1 p.m. > 4 p.m.

Part of the project depicting the changing face of retail in this area.

That's a pity its on this weekend, if it had been when the weather was a bit more clement wouldn't have minded having a look-see
