The Rat Pack...
If anyone has a spare evening this week and doesn't know what to do with themselves, head over to Manchester Opera House and see the Rat Pack Musical it's fantastic.
You are transported back in time to the Sands Hotel and Casino Las Vegas to watch the fabulous Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr and the king rat Frank Sinatra. With 15 piece backing orchestra and The Berelli sisters on vocals, it's an amazing show. People of all ages enjoyed last nights show and quite happily sang and clapped along to songs such as That's Amore, Mr Bojangles, Me and My Shadow, New York New York, My Way, Volare, My Kinda Town, King of the Road, Fly me to the Moon and many more. With the famous drinks cart present on stage and the 3 rats suitably inebriated and having a banter with each other, this is a laugh out loud show. The Rat Pack is also currently showing at London's Savoy Theatre, so our southern members have no excuse.

The Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas finishes after the performance on Saturday evening. I believe that tickets are still available, as one of my mates bought four tickets for the Saturday night performance this morning, purely on the strength of the glowing report that I gave the show.
