Mel, I saw this and thought of you.
People would have seen this no doubt, but is it safe to allow this fantastic specimen to continue to grapple with the viaducts masonry.

No doubt there will be a debate as to whose responsibility it is to deal with that. Is it the council or is it the railway track?

Rail people, I tried to complain to the council about the state of the line and amount of rubbish behind a fence they said not there problem. If the council can get out of anything they will.
