Has anybody thought that the extinguisher could be like an iceberg or a submarine , in that there is more of it hidden under the water than above? If so who knows what numbers of ducks/ penguins are contained in the vessel.There could be a whole Atlantis type world submerged in the water

It has been raining too much for me to be walking the canal (no way im walking up jacksons after it has been raining on and off for days) so I haven't been able to keep track of it

If one falls in, swimming is the preferred option. Maybe the cut was a whole bunch cleaner back in '62 when I took my last unplanned swim there.
