 I remember this one especially because something similar happened to me. I stopped to let an old dear cross a sidestreet - there was no zebra crossing - I didn't beep my horn - but she swiped my bonnet with her brolly- I didn't have an airbag fortunately It was that old eccentric Maltese lady who often roamed the town centre, Katerina Azzapardi
