its always been a nightmare there every few years they are digging up the road and putting new drains inmseem to remeber the first time they put new drains in about 1979 nothing changes

I had to nip into Blackburn yesterday, i was on the bus and we had a long wait at the lights as we where passing the junction all you could see was about 20 workmen stood around looking down a hole eating and smoking and this was at 9 40am so if this is the speed the work will be done at its going to take a while to finish
