Re: Big Brother

Brian, a worthy winner...at least he's someone who likes the programme.

Re: Big Brother

I only watched when Germaine Greer was on it. She walked out and rightly so - I dont find public humiliation entertaining.

Some people keep tropical fish, I watch this instead, as you don't have to clean out their tank.

Such negativity.

You'd make a good housemate.

I'd certainly watch, if you were locked up for thirteen weeks.

Re: Big Brother

People who enjoy Big Brother are descendants of those that went to public executions - same sort of warped pleasure to be had.

Totally disagree.

I wouldn't have gone to see public executions, and I certainly don't slow down to gawp at accidents.

I do however love people, and people watching. Totally fascinating.

Admittedly I'd rather be sat in a cafe in St. Tropez doing it, but beggars can't be choosers.

Armchair anthropology for lazy arses, at it's best.

Re: Big Brother

I cant stay up chatting tonight because I am going to Cleveleys today -- may be risking my sanity but Granny Claret seems to have kept hers even though she is so near Bispham

Nice recovery Mandy, but it’s still a load of senseless dribble and meaningless bollocks.
