Thank you for clearing the mystery £25 up. I been ringing all my kids to ask if they had paid me back the money they owed me hehehehe . All said no so guess it was the fuel payment !!!. I never expected it either .

Yes i remember that Jenn.and once again the pensioners of Rising bridge miss out,well the ones on the wrong side of the road.In my opinion if they are dishing it out everyone should recieve it regardless of post codes

Yes i can if you live in Rising bridge on the church side of the road the weather reading comes from Manchester Airport,so if its below freezing there the residents on that side of the road qualify for a cold weather payment if the temp has dropped below - in a 7day period.

Now if you live on Jens side of the road the weather reading is taken from a Cheshire weather station.I dont actually know why the powers that be decide they need two different weather stations forecasts for the same area as Jens(Risingbridge)but thats how it is worked out.so if in cheshire its above freezing no one qualifies for the payment.Lots of residents have taken this issue up so im led to believe but as of yet nothing has changed.

yesterday he had not got it and peter and less are both a lot older than me as they keep pointing this fact out.
