Oh I got a book of irish recipes from ossy mills today and its got a recipe for irish roast rabbit, thought it might be nice to cook for my mum for christmas. what meat are they like?

They taste like game I suppose, I've tried Phesant before and Grouse many years back.....strong tasting chicken is all I can think of to describe all three...dint like any of them. Perhaps the new cook book will make them taste more appealing.
