Definition of the perfect neighbour

What would your ideal next door neighbour be like? Here's my idea,

The perfect neighbour Would,

Do all,
my gardening, shopping, washing, diy, always have a can cooling for me in the fridge.

Would not,
complain about the hi-fi being turned up to 11at 4.00a.m,
bother about the strange smell coming from under the new patio,
expect me to pay back any money I've borrowed, Hey Less, it was a gift!.

The perfect neighbour would probably be called........

Carlsburg!

Probably the best neighbour in all the world!

You're halfway there with that rat. I bet he doesn't complain about your music.

My neighbours are good-their daughter looks after my lad whilst i go out at the weekend and lets me eat the food she cooks at school they have the same taste in music as me-so when i go round its usually asking to turn their music up not down because i cant afford the latest CDs they buy haha,we gossip about the rest of the neighbours and what they have been up to(well they talk about us-good enough excuse huh?!),and we take it in turns doing favours-they take my washing in when its pouring down and i chase their rabbit around the street when its escaped from their garden at 'silly o' clock' in the morning whilst in my dressing gown with jack under my arm.....what more could we want?!ooooh yeah and she provides eye candy, her brothers well fit!

The perfect neighbor lives about 1/4 mile up the road. Spoken to when passing by on road but rarely heard! 2 out of 3 for my closest neighbors!

Re: Definition of the perfect neighbour

My neighbours keep an eye on me - if the curtains arent open they ring up or send a text message - and if they dont get an answer they come banging on the door to see if im ok. Wont be the first time i've been rooted out of my bed by my sis or bro saying theyd rang them up and told them my curtains werent open! My washing line is my neighbours - they had took theirs down and i offered them to use mine. I feed their cat if theyre away. She lends me her strimmer - best give that back!
