Ever fancied working in Customer Support?

Store Customer: "I've been trying to call you for the past two days and can't get through; can you help?"

Customer Services Staff: "What number have you tried, sir?"

Customer:
"I've been ringing 0700-1000"

Customer Services Staff: "Where did you get that number?"

Customer: "It's on the door over there."

Customer Services Staff
: "Sir, those are the hours that we are open."

LOL

I do work in customer support and I have actually had a call that went just like that, only the number (opening hours) they were trying to ring was 0800 1730.

There really are some biffs out there.
