Search "Alice Wilson Ruthin" in Google which will direct you to an interesting article on the BBC's website.

Yes, she was rattling her fake charity bucket around Accrington, between October and November.
1872.

Yes, she seemed a nice lady, offered to pack my shopping for a donation to charity.
It was only when I got home I realised she had swopped my three 'bags for life', for environmentaly inferior ones!

Re: Have you seen this woman?
From the look of her, I bet she found the seven years of penal servitude hard going.

I suppose it would depend on her attitude?
Most women only give a fook to their advantage.

There's something about her eyes.
She looks like the type, to be happier with her hands deep in a warm muff.
Rather than on her hands and knees for seven years.
Enduring penal servitude.
She looks like she enjoyed the easy life, a little too much.
Guilty!
Send her down.

No woman should be sent down, she should be keen enough to go down of her own accord.

There's no need to be rude.
Although I hear a lot of her other victims are bitter too.
