Lol, reminds me of when one of our local radio stations used to do wind up phone calls in the mornings, think it was Red Rose Radio, they once did one about a woman who was supposedly stuck on a stairlift.
They phoned a stairlift repairers, it supposedly kept going up and down the stairs and she couldn't get off it, then it started going faster, you could hear the sound effects of something moving at speed in the background, after a while of this you heard a crash and glass breaking as though the woman stuck had been thrown through a window, they put the phone down then. THEN the day after they came on air to make an apology, the stairlift repairer had phoned the police and they were out all over lancashire trying to trace a bit of a bogus address they had been given, the wind up calls finished not long after that |
